It’s not all about us! There comes a moment in life when you wake up, look in the mirror, and realize the person staring back is not who you truly are. For years, I was stuck—overweight, unhealthy, and on the verge of alcoholism—until one day it hit me: there’s more to life than this.                          

That’s when everything changed. I started taking small, determined steps to transform my body, mind, and spirit, and now I want to help others do the same.
